Salary: £17,500-£18,500

Full-Time & Perm

Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:30 Fri 08:30-16:30



The Lotus Group provides innovative and enhancing asset and property management services for investors across a diverse portfolio of assets within the retail, leisure and residential sectors.


Job Role

  • To ensure the smooth running of reception
  • To maintain service levels as set by management
    Ensure a professional service is provided at all times
  • General Accounts admin duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by management



  • At least 1 years call handling experience 
  • Must have switchboard experience
  • Must be competent wit Microsoft excel and word
  • Sage desirable
  • Possess a desire to exceed customer expectations and be able to demonstrate experience                             this area
