The Foyle Food Group requires a Production Supervisor for our new Foyle Ingredients Retail Packing facility. This new facility is located at the rear of the Foyle Omagh primary processing site on the Doogary Road on the outskirts of Omagh. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established food processing Company in the UK and Ireland



The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager, working closely with other Supervisors to oversee the day-to-day running of the facility. You will work closely with Line leaders to ensure the on time delivery of a premium product.


We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced, pressurised environment. Working to exacting specifications and targets, getting the best out of both people and equipment within the facility. The facility operates 7 days a week and the successful candidate must be available to work at least every other weekend.



  • Working knowledge of red meat products
  • Effective communication skills
  • A high level of conversational and written English skills
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • A keen eye for detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • IT literate
  • Flexibility to start early, work late and oversee production operations at the weekend
