Major manufacturing business in Dungannon.


Job Role

  • Working as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers
  • Provide technical support to our Global Dealer Network
  • Researching and responding to customer enquiries on parts & warranty
  • Cooperate with product group engineers and quality team to ensure products are manufactured and delivered to the highest quality standards
  • Ensuring all Part Manuals are accurate and updated as required
  • Cooperate with product group engineers to develop performance and test criteria for new products and product upgrades
  • To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
  • Travelling world wide to locations of dealers and customers
  • Carrying out maintenance and servicing of Terex materials processing product line



  • A minimum of 3 years field service experience, preferably within the heavy manufacturing industry
  • Good general mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
  • Working knowledge of Diesel-Hydraulic and electro-Hydraulic systems
  • Have the ability to read drawings and technical publications
  • Able to work effectively across a range of cultures
  • Hold a valid clean drivers licence and valid passport
  • Be computer literate in the usual range of Microsoft Products
  • Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
